throat noises
I have dystonia that affect my tongue, my throat makes funny sounds when i am due for shots, i cant control the sounds they just come out, almost like a clearing my throat noise but differant, not sure how to explain it. It is really irratating and i wondered if anyone else has this problem. Thanks

What you decribe here almost sounds like a noise I make too. My son use to call it irratating specially when we'd be on a trip and sleeping in the same motel room together, he would say it would get really loud and annoying at night and there has been times when I have woken myself up from the noise. It's not a snore, it happens both when I am sleeping and awake, or just when I am falling off to sleep for a little while.
One of my docs told me that mine is from the air passing over muscles that are in spasms, there are times when I can put my hand on my chest and you can feel the vibration from the air passing over the spasming muscles ... just wondered if you can also feel a vibration ???
Have you ever asked your doc, would be curious to see if he / she says the same thing my doc said.
