Falling

Well this week has been something else!!! I know we talked about falling but I cannot find it so I am starting a new post. I fell Thursdays while going into my primary doctors office. A woman getting out of her van helped me get up.Thank God for her or I would have sat there for awhile...

The doctors and nurses where all concerned. That same day in the evening I fell again. This time alone in my home frustrated as all get out because I could not get up. I laid on the floor and tried different positions to get up on my knees and cried. . This fall has happened before in the exact same spot. My body was hurting especially my knees. Finally I was able to get up, however I have been in bed for the last few days. Its hard to walk....My question is....OBTW, nothing was in my way of falling either time..I just fell! Someone told me about the brain sometimes freezing I fell the second time in the exact same spot in the living room walking into the kitchen about3 yrs ago. Tell me please if you or you know someone who falls just out of the blue or more about the brain freeze thingy. Lene..Sorry if this seems scrambled....I am on pain meds more than usual
