The new batch of swine flu vaccine is not for everyone. While FluMist, a nasally-delivered form of the vaccine, is probably going to be the first out there, folks with asthma or who are pregnant should probably hold out for the injectable form.

While the shots include killed virus, FluMist is made of a live but weakened strain and so people more vulnerable to swine flu are probably better off getting a shot. State health departments will determine how the vaccines will be distributed so ask your doctor if you are in one of vulnerable categories.
