Hi Freida....

Gosh you certainly hit the nail on the head when it comes to that question. The weather started to change this yr, and I just fell apart like some rag doll. The cold weather definitely affects me, my neck, my scalp (where my dystonia pain is now)...
When the weather then stabilizes I can adjust until the next wave of freezing cold comes...
Having a cold ...hum I have not had that but I have had itchy eyes, and my nostril drip is all for now. The winter is still young. I feel better in warmer climate but not real hot...for some reason if it gets around 97 or so I start with pain again. Its weird but all true. I started to document. Lene

Hi Freida,

I've only had one cold/flu since my dystonia frist began some 12 yrs ago and that was just this past spring and it knocked me down but good. My dystonia was out of control. If you search the word "weather" in the search box on the top right you should be able to locate the post(s) where we have talked about this subject. If you can't locate it, let me know and I'll be glad to seek and find for you :)

Weather changes can definetly effect your dystonia.
