Where do you go for information about seasonal allergies? What have you found most helpful? Please share everything from links to specific discussions, blog posts or videos, to message boards, blogs, or whole websites that have helped you weather allergy season.

To get things started, I'll recommend a few places I've found particularly helpful:

Pollen.com is always great when you're looking for the pollen forecast for your neighborhood, or if you want to know what to expect on a trip. They've also got great historical information if you're looking for trends, and a two-city comparison feature if you're looking to move.

Of course, I also have to mention that WEGO Health has some great reference pages for all kinds of allergies.

I have several favorite internet sites that I go to for seasonal allergy info. One is weather.com---for the pollen count in your zip code. Very handy!

Ah! I totally agree. It's SO hard to plan ahead in any allergy season, but weather.com at least provides a pollen count for each day so I can prepare for what to expect, everyday, hour by hour.

Nasonex.com, specifically: http://www.nasonex.com/nasx/application?namespace=main&event=co... for a detailed pollen count for my specific area (you type in your personal zip code & receive a detailed pollen count for your area).

www.WebMd.com of course for just about anything/everything relating to allergy information

Another site that has a good bit of information on allergies, meds, etc. is:

WebMD is another of my favs, too. I also like allergies.about.com.

I definitely go to www.webmd.com, I also go to medhelp.org to discuss what medications may be helpful. Pollen.com is probably my #1 resource for the pollen forecast - which hasnt been too necessary considering all of his rain on the east coast!

I use Web MD and I like I-village for their videos, but Claritin even has an informational section all about season allergies for both kids and adult

here is a link to a video from I-village http://video.yourtotalhealth.ivillage.com/player/?id=95688
