Thanks for the reply. I have to tell you it was very interesting and kinda cool lol till I started itching. I think I will get my daughter in there. The shots will be time consuming so we will see how I do. I'm starting a spray but because I had trouble in the past shes giving me one that is a mist and you put it in an inhaler. Kinda odd you put a baby nipple on the end of it and cut the end off and mist it up your nose. Ever heard of that?

It's great that you have answers (and options now) -- you never would have known all this by just keeping an allergy diary! I have a lot of the same airborne allergies as you do, but none to food that I know of. Allegra's worked well for me, along with nasal steroid sprays when things get super bad. Good luck with the allergy shots!! I tried it a few times and didn't have the patience, but I know of people who have had a great response to them.

ok guys. I went today. Wow do your arms itch while you wait that 15 minutes lol. Basically I'm allergic to all trees they tested me for, all grass, all dust mines, cats, 8 of 16 molds, all weeds but 1 and... Almonds, Hazelnuts, and Pistachio's. I also have an allergy to Chicken, Corn, and Eggs but because my histamine controls much higher then my allergy to it I don't see symptoms. WOW thats a lot! lol. So I'm going to try a new spray and stick to the allegra. I'm also going to start up the allergy shots. She said people that do it for 3 years, 20% never see an allergy symptom again after they quit and the ones that do its not for like 5-7 years meaning I will have a life!!

Thanks, Kevin! I've been using Similisam, and trying the natural approach is not working in this case!

What has worked for you for severe eye itching? I was prescribed Zaditor last year - just wondering what else is out there.

That's great, twistdsunshine! Let us know what happens (and what's prescribed for you.) It'll be interesting to hear if the doctor suggests allergy shots ... I started them years ago but stopped after a few weeks (too time-consuming). Good luck!

Well I have an appointment Tue for allergy testing and do you know I have to go 3 days without antihistamines?!!!! Are they trying to kill me lol? I'm a little worried I won't be able to make it. I am allowed to use some antihistamine eye drops like Zaditor (which I love!) So that may save me. Thanks for all your help and I will keep you updated
