I have found that "Whole Oats" that come in a cannister, is great for breakfast, or even perhaps a snack. It fills you up, is extremely healthy, no salt, good for cholestrol, losing weight...........put in the microwave for about a few minutes.
It has no salt. I just add a little skim milk and sometimes a sweetner. I love this in the Winter.................I am so glad a friend told me about it. Buy Generic,
as it is much cheaper, and takes the same

Natural products are relatively poorly understood. While some (aspirin) can be therapeutic, others (hemlock) are dangerous.

Investigators have now discovered that quercetin, an antioxidant found in apples, is associated with kidney cancer. We've posted a short article about quercetin and supplements as a cautionary reminder.

The subject is CHIA - the healthiest and truly amazing all-natural RAW ‘super wholefood' on the planet!Did you know that CHIA Seeds are the highest plant source of Omega-3’s known to man? They are high in fibre, antioxidants and so many other vital nutrients.

CHIA is Salvia Hispanica L. - A uniquely beneficial seed (which is a member
of the mint family - so free of pesticides). Originally discovered by the Aztecs
in South America, who used it for its many excellent properties, and was
known as the 'Running Food'.

CHIA is a great source of endless energy!

All CHIA BIA™ seed is sourced and approved by Dr Wayne Coates who is
the foremost expert in the world on the growing and harvesting of Salvia
hispanica L. and the rediscoverer of the seed. Dr. Wayne Coates has
conducted extensive research in order to identify the seeds, growing
regions, climates and other factors which influence CHIA's properties. This
research gives him the knowledge with which he can select seed sources to
not only ensure that the highest quality of seed is used in CHIA BIA™, but
also that rigorous cleaning processes are used to ensure that CHIA BIA™ is comprised of only the highest quality, and cleanest seed.

Natasha, I've heard and read the opposite is true with anti-depressants. People tend to gain weight not lose it with these drugs. It's a side effect, unfortunately for those of us who want to keep our weight down.

Does anyone have thoughts or experience with resveratrol to help with weight loss and increasing energy?

Also, can anyone recommend a protein powder I can add to hot/cold cereal? I like cereal but it doesn't stay with me and I get a crash in my blood level after a while unless I have protein with carbs.
