WEGO Health

Ok mabe some one can help me out here. For the last several months I have done well with my weight loss. I have loss 33lbs and looking to loose more. I am now at the point where I can't eat what I want to at breakfast and lunch and still loose weight. I have hit a plain. So my question for anyone is, I am looking for something healthier the eat in the morning other than a pig in the blanket and sweet tea. I love eggs but I can't eat them, they tear up my stomach (eggs and milk does). So I am looking for something else that is good for you in the morning. Does anyone have any ideas. I am eating bagels right now. Please help

First off, congrats on your weight-loss success so far! 33lbs is an incredible accomplisment, and must have taken a great deal of dedication and hard work.

Don't be discouraged that you've hit a plateau in your weight-loss journey. It seems to happen to most everyone.

To be honest, I'm not particularly good at remembering to eat breakfast, but have you tried oatmeal? You could make it with water instead of milk, and they have lots of low-sugar varieties (of the instant kind) that might help keep the number of calories down. English muffins with a little peanut butter might also be good--always good to get a little protein in there if you can!

Hi Brent,

To be honest, I just use one supplement called SLIM. Not trying to push any specific product but this stuff lowered my high cholesterol and I lost about 20pounds in just under two months which I wasn't even trying to do.

Check it out if you want at http://bioslifenutrition.com
