Fish oil supplements have been popular for the last 10 years or so. Even doctors, who are notoriously reluctant to recommend any non-prescription supplement, are advising patients to take fish oil. Especially those patients showing exhibiting any risk factors for cardiovascular disease.

But fish oil supplements have their risks.

What about krill oil? Is the oil extracted from these tiny crustaceans even more beneficial than fish oil? Are they safer?

I tried fish oil a few years ago and it helped my arthritis tremendously. This and the fact that I changed my diet by cutting out sweets (terrible sweet tooth!) was what did it.

The only thing I take now to keep my blood sugar, cardiovascular system and metabolism well balanced is Bios Life SLIM. It's well worth it for sure and I've been using it for over a year now. I buy three cans at a time which last three months (one can per month).

Here's where I get it.

Thanks for the post and I'll give Krill Oil a try.
