I'm allowed to walk but absolutely exhausted so I'm not.
I am learning not to push myself and even with a walk, I fear it's pushing too far today. The first burst of real energy I have I'll be moving around though. For now I have to stifle some more yawns and debate a 7:30pm bedtime!

Hey Fit Group,
I feel like I haven't checked in in a while. I've been busy as usual. I think I sort of overdid it last Friday (50 sets of stairs, 3.5 miles, weighted lunges and suicide sprints). My knees were a little sore. Trying to take it a bit easy this week. Ran today and may do some upper body lifting tomorrow.
Hope you are all well!

Slow and careful, definitely, Sarah! I wish you a successful and complete recovery :D

Good for you Sarah!! Just take it slowly. I did 30 min. (2.25 miles) on the Elliptical today. That thing is a torture device :)

I went for a 10 minute walk today! It took a lot out of me and I was really sore for about an hour afterward, but it's been a week now, so I started lightly! Tomorrow I'll do the same.

I am SO ready to workout again but am promising myself to take it slow and be CAREFUL about it!

Welcome back, Sarah!! Just think -- in 5 weeks it'll really be SPRING! Nice to be outside.

I miss you girls! Just so you know. I have to wait six weeks (five as of this coming Tuesday) before I can work out like "normal" again, but I am going to start walking slowly and on flat on the treadmill in nine days. I'm going to keep my body moving to help my healing while keeping it easy, too.
