Hi all, Just wanted to let you know that I'm home from the hospital. I spent several days in ICU after surgery on 7-7-09 and then was in PICU until coming home. It has been a very rough 3 weeks, but I am recovering slowly. Thanks for your thoughts. -Jen

Hi all,
I'm having surgery on Tuesday to take down my roux en y jejunostomy and put in a regular j-tube and fix two large incisional hernias. I hope that my recovery will be faster than last time. Does anyone have thoughts on all this news about Plavix and Nexium. I will switch to Tagament which isn't a problem with Plavix, but have to have ulcers cleared up first. I'm on Carafet (liquid) and another med at night to heal the ulcers. My doctor said he believed the baby aspirin caused it. I've been on aspirin therapy since June 2003.

Hi all, Thanks for joining and your stories. I will try to post some thoughts and answers as best I can. I have had a difficult time lately. My gastroparesis has been severe and I just can't eat. Also lot's of pain and fatigue. I am in the process of being evaluated for mitochondrial disease which may explain a lot of all this. It just takes time to get through the testing and such. Six months ago I had an EDG, all good, little GERD. Friday I had another one. Multiple 7+ ulcers in stomach, polyps in stomach also. Not thrilled. Biopsy results Thursday. Can't take Plavix and that is scary... I have heart disease. http://loistrader.com

for those with IBS, do you have a burning in the colon area
and soreness, that radiates toward the bladder and pelvic area
whether you are resting or walking at times?
irritable bladder? with no infection...
I hear that goes with fibromyalgia...
Anything to help with the burning pain and soreness
how long does it last at one time, when it starts?
