I like BabyBump for the iPhone for learning about what is happening week to week...for actual advice though I don't trust the text2baby or any of the mainstream sources, I go to mothering.com for that.

Hi Everyone,

Cheryl and I are really looking forward to our webinar on "Chronic Illness and Pregnancy" this coming Monday. We're combining our personal experiences with illnesses and pregnancy with experiences and research from the books we've written, and we hope to have a candid conversation about the risks, challenges, and rewards of this journey.

We hope some of you will join us. If you have questions about preparing for a pregnancy, balancing chronic illness and being pregnant, or caring for a newborn when you have your own illnesses to care for, send your questions our way! We're excited to host the Q&A segment.

Thanks, and hope to connect with you Monday! Check out the event page and RSVP...

On August 2nd, WEGO Health is hosting a webinar with two great Health Activists: Laurie Edwards and Cheryl Alkon . Aside from their work as published authors and active bloggers, both have first-hand experience with managing chronic illness and pregnancy. They will share their stories and show you how you, too, can do both!

In a conversation-style presentation, Laurie and Cheryl will discuss:

* Tough but important conversations regarding chronic illness, pregnancy, and parenting
* How to establish your team of doctors and specialists and ensure a safe delivery
* Balancing priorities: monitoring your health and the health of your growing baby
* Coping with complications or crises
* After the baby arrives: how to give your new child the best care
* Maintaining your health through it all

And more! There will be a Q&A portion with Laurie and Cheryl so have your questions ready.

Check out the Event Page to learn more and RSVP!

Be sure to check out Laurie's blog: http:www.achronicdose.com and follow her on Twitter: @achronicdose and check out Cheryl's blog: http://www.thesweetnesswithin.blogspot.com and follow her on Twitter: @Lyrecha.

Great info Sukh...yes, Zoie, I wrote a post about L-methylfolate, you can find it here; maybe that will help some, too.

zoie ..you asked about L-methyfolate. Its the natural form of Folate.
Folic Acid is probably what you must have heard.
L-methyfolate is the bioactive form of folic Acid. It is digested 7xfaster and easier by our system.
Green leafy veges is a good source for it too.
