As a matter of fact I have discussed the Issue with friends but am not sure how is it possible to go about doing home Birth in my Area.
That is in Chicago city

Sukh, I bet there are many resources for information about home births in Chicago. I would start with looking for birthing centers and midwives in your area and they could certainly direct you to local resources!
