On Sunday, April 19th we had our first Walk of Hope in Arizona. It was one of the first events where we have combined those still struggling with infertility and those who have families. We had about 250 walkers and about 100 kids! While the weather was a little on the warm side, the event was a success. One of the local RE's gave away a FREE IVF cycle too. Hopefully, the event will be bigger next year and we'll actually receive media attention.

You could see the divide between the infertiles and those who made it to the other side. It was sad to see the division, yet inspirational that we could all come together to be one voice for infertility.

What do you think? If you are/were still struggling with infertility would you have walked?

Hello my name is Angelette Jones and I too have had infertility issues in the past. I was told by several Doctors that I wouldnt be able to conceive and I had tried since the age of 18 to get pregnant byt my same partner and no thing. We tried everything we could I mean every treatment possible and nothing would come of it until 1998 I was age 27 when it finally happened and I was happy as a lark I couldnt believe it at first but Im so vey thankful for my family now. i have one daughter who is now 9 years old and her name is Veronica Camille Coates.
