Surplus pounds in the body could be contributory to the body producing additional estrogen that would play havoc with a woman’s menstrual cycles thus hindering a woman’s likelihood of conception. Merely shedding five to ten percent of one’s body weight could assist in improving a woman’s ovulation and conception rates.Poor blood supply elicited sexual health problems not just inflict males but studies have shown that libido among overweight females was affected due to the analogous issue.
