WEGO Health

So normally I concentrate on some serious birth control stuff, but lately I've been itching to share a silly link I found.

Then I found a blog entry that made me laugh, and a silly-titled (yet educational) article.

Ovaries Make Cysts for A Living - did you know that your ovaries make a cyst every single month?

Birth control glasses may be effective - a new method of birth control proves to be effective for a certain group

Things you just don't want to know about your parents - a mom overshares in the car; daughter can't get out. (This whole site cracks me up!)

Sarah,
Thanks for your 2 posts. I am going to check out the links you sent along my way. I did trust my gut. Thank you for that advice. My problem has been resolved. I had woke up a week ago with shortness of breath, indigestion the next day. I quit the evista at that time. By mid week, I had shortness of breath again, keeping me awake.
My blood pressure was 143/84. I went to the dr. and by that afternoon my pressure was down to 128/80. My EKG was normal.
I really believe the evista gave me those symptoms that continued until it got out of my body. I had done much reading beforehand on evista. Most side effects present themselves within the first 4 months.
I think diet and exercise are the safest, most natural way to stay healthy. That's where I'm at.
