Do You Have RA? This Article May Be Of Interest To You. Omega3 and Pain Relief...

It has become a yummy habit for me to eat fish, at least, twice per week and more often, if I can. I, personally, love Telapia as it is not fishy tasting and when you add a bit of butter, lemon-pepper seasoning and lemon, it is a bite of heaven.

I found this article of great interest because of my belief that Omega 3 Fatty Acids and other natural components aid in heart health. Now, I have another good reason for eating even more fish... well, maybe. lol At least to continue to take my Omega 3 capsules every day!

Pain Relief? That's what this research is indicating.

Hi Jim,
Thank you for sharing with me and for you comments on my page. I am very passionate about working towards suicide prevention and helping raise awareness about resources as well as working to erase the stigma associated with mental health issues. I have many interests, but mental health issues and suicide prevention seem to have been at the forefront of my efforts in recent months. I have also been active in regards to the issues of chronic pain and illness, depression, anxiety, ptsd, and fibromyalgia, to name a few. I believe we have a lot in common!
I enjoy speaking out about tough subjects and my heart is in this to help people who have suffered and do suffer, as I have.
It is such a small world, I am delighted to hear that you grew up in the Kansas City area. It is a good place to be. I would love to connect with you on twitter, you can find me there as @Abeeliever.
It is also great news to hear of your pain relief. I hope that relief continues and that the Neurostimulator continues to do the trick!
Look forward to having the chance to share more.
Thanks again!
Amy

I am new to Wego Health and I see that I know a couple of people here that I've met on other web sites. I look forward to gaining new friends and associates, sharing, caring and supporting one another to live optimally within the parameters of our individual illnesses and daily level of pain.

I had neurostimulator surgery going on three weeks now and the stimulator was activated a few days ago... finally! All I say is that I am extremely grateful for the pain relief... AHHHHH!

I am now off to join some groups and begin to connect with you!

Be Inspired! You Are The Inspiration!
