I have had migraines for over 20 years and my husband is a doctor who deals with migraines. I have a blog where I try to post all of the information I wish I knew at the the time when my migraines started. I would love to create some type of post to ask migraineurs on wego what triggers they have. Do you have any idea on how to do this? I am a huge migraine and pain advocate and a therapist. I would love to try to help others that are new to this to be able to get the knowledge we had to learn the hard way. Could you help with this?
Hope you have a pain free day!
