Sugar. We all know what sugar is, right?
Well, maybe not. I have found in my private practice that many health conscious individuals who believed they were eating a sugar free diet, were actually addicted to sugar in its many various forms.
Sugar can be found in:
1. Candy Bars, cookies, candies, pastries (we should all know this right?)
2.
Fruit Juice Sweetened cookies, bars, candies, pastries, etc.
3. Fruit, especially apples. pears, pineapple, bananas, dates, and all dried fruit…
