Luckily, had his GI doc for years, the nurse knows us really well, so I call directly into the nurses line and not the appt desk for something like that and the nurse reschedules not the appt desk. Otherwise, you are correct, it could take forever...
Okay good. *whew* Around here doc appts are hard to come by. I have had to wait months for a new one when something like that went wrong. I'm so glad they'll be getting him in soon...
The repairs are less than a car payment and new appt for GI made for next Monday. A day home with no rate race, I won't complain!

I just posted to your blog about possible mito disorders. I hope you'll get a chance to check out the links I left there. I'm not happy at all that your daughter's docs are leaving her in the kind of pain you describe. She needs help. I hope that come up with some ideas that might get her some relief very soon. A Mom Desperate for a Diagnosis
This is my first posting. Waiting for a Diagnosis or am I?? My twin daughter who is 12 yrs old has had a Migraine since January. Some days are better than others, the last couple of days are bad. She has missed a great deal of school. She is in the 6th grade and also in the 4th grade the headaches wore real bad and missed a great deal of school.
