No pose is too big or too small, all you need is the right yoga props and a good attitude. Pick a restorative yoga practice of your choice that will offer an opportunity to explore different props and different poses. Using flowing movements before coming into a sustain pose with props will help to warm up…

I am an acupuncturist, I worked for nearly a decade at the Saint John's Hospital Breast Care Center as an employee of Northwestern Health Sciences University. I am also a teacher training student with the Institue of the Himalayan Tradition.
Your work will be seminal in the benefit for Breast Cancer patients. Recent publication credits the vagus nerve with the connection of the brain and the immune system.
