Assistance pets for people with dementia can offer enormous comfort and substantial assistance, provided another member of the family can assure the pet's food, water, health, grooming and exercize needs.

I just read your spot light interview. Thank you so much for sharing so much about yourself and your situation. Thank you for teaching us about dementia and for getting the word out there. Maybe someone else won't have to go undiagnosed like you did because they will KNOW what they are looking for.
