I don't know how many of you are familiar with or suffer with lactose intolerance but my friend just sent me this video that I wanted to share. Being lactose intolerant myself I thought this was just amazing! I've never heard of anything like this...

- My name’s Chantelle and I live in Sin City (Vegas for those who don’t know) and love it! I’m a personal trainer by day and bartender at PURE nightclub by night. I’m always looking for new ways to improve my health and help improve the health of my clients.
