1. Instead of vegetable oil use olive, safflower, or coconut oil.
2. Use real butter instead of margarine or butter substitutes.
3. Buy fresh/or unprocessed frozen vegetables instead of canned. Those quick microwave meals and veggies contain soybean oil.
4. If you buy jarred tomato sauce. Buy organic brands – most do not contain soybean oil – always read the label to be sure.
