After reading about you here, I'm really interested to see some of the things you have to say about eating correctly and decreasing stress. I think this is something so many of us need to improve upon, yet simply don't know we're lacking!

More about me (my health interests and reasons for joining WEGO Health)
I have a doctorate in physical therapy and I am passionate about health. That is why I started a weekly health podcast and a biweekly blog.

I started my podcast after realizing that while people understand that eating right, exercising and decreasing their stress is something they should do, it is still hard for them to do it because of their busy lives. This show was my opportunity to share those lessons that I had learned over the years with a larger audience and help them to build being healthy into their busy schedules.

I feel this will be a place for my to talk to others who are also interested in health.
