I have several favorite internet sites that I go to for seasonal allergy info. One is weather.com---for the pollen count in your zip code. Very handy!

- I'm a married mother of two who suffers from perennial hay fever & various other allergies. Most of my allergies produce a rhinitis effect. I enjoy working in the yard, gardening, flowers, boating, fishing, horseback riding, cooking, crafting, sewing, reading, walking, museums, historical places, and lots of other things. As you can imagine, since pollen is one of my strongest allergies, a lot of the things I like to do cause flare-ups.
