Good news, Paula...

By the way, I like this post, very interesting topic, and a highly important one, as well.

Listening to the comments of almost one hundred other, what I would even call "dedicated weight loss enthusiasts," a pattern exists, if you dare to notice it. Even exercise scientists and expert weight management consultants often fail to address this topic with most clients. That is, "humanity." I mean, overweight people are just ordinary human beings... and with that comes the innate desire to avoid anything that is seemingly unpleasant.

Our job as wellness professionals includes a responsibility to deal with our clients’ personal challenges and preferences, when it comes to losing excess body fat. And, when you can find a pro who "dares" to make this weight loss thing exciting, fun, and inviting... you stand to benefit from such a unique discovery.

And, actually, that is the key... to make weight loss fun... as much fun as a child riding a bicycle. As adults, we tend to slow down on lots of ideas, unintentionally. And the funny thing is, the more you learn about weight management, the more you surprisingly uncover that it's perfectly okay to get busy again physically, even at an older age.

Sometimes I ask my clients to simply "look at a child," almost any child... you can hardly give them a reason to STOP moving around. (And, notice how thin they are. It's not coincidence.) Kids hardly give body fat a chance to accumulate. They're always shaking it off! We have the challenge to emulate their marvelously positive attitude toward movement, and can benefit from their example in that way, as well.

By the way, I want to keep this post as brief as possible, for your easy-reading... but, remind me to tell you next time, about the American guy living in the Philippines, who tells us how he actually mastered his emotional weaknesses concerning body fat. It's an interesting story, with a very positive outcome.

Okay, see you on the next post and I look forward to your response.

Oooppsss... please excuse the typo:

That line is, "The mind is the foundational strength element that propels the body where it wishes to go."

You know, returning to pre-pregnancy body weight is a challenge for some. Yet, on a personal note, I've observed the unique yet inseparable link that exists between individual awareness, and body fat removal... kind of unbreakable. The mind is the foundational strength element that propels to body where it wishes to go.

Yet, the trick is, mental disciplines require practice, too, just like physical ones. So the more you practice aiming your mind at achieve a goal, the more skillful you become at it.

By the way, thank for your invitation to join the additional diet and weight loss community. I'll go over there and sign up right away... because I hear people "screaming" for almost all kinds of weight loss help. ( s m i l e )
