I notice you said you suffer from several of the same things I do, including Migraines. I hope you'll consider visiting me at my blog here as well as the Migraine group. Right now I'm trying to encourage readers to help others by expressing the impact Migraine and pain has on their lives thru the arts... with a contest. I hope you'll consider joining us in that project as well! The contest lasts a full year, so no stress involved. I know you quilt, and I'm betting you have photos of some of your projects that helped you get thru your pain issues...

Where to start? I'm blessfully married to my loving husband, Paul. We have two children (Robert 25 yrs & Alexa 15 yrs), an awesome daughter-in-law, Rhetta & 4 beautiful grandchildren, Andrea, Gaven, Jode & Sydney. I have TMJD, fibromyalgia, CFS, RLS, Chronic pain, hypothyroidism and migraines. I will have bilateral TJR's the end of March beginning of April. My diagnosis is boney ankylosis. My hobbies are quilting, reading, watching movies and spending time with my family.
