I really like your blog, SassyLime9... and your pics! Your wedding photos are so beautiful! Welcome to WEGO Health. Glad you're here. I'm looking forward to reading your posts and learning more about migraines. I've only had one in my life but one was enough!

I'm so glad that everyone is loving your interview as much as I did! I really felt like your bubbly personality came through in your writing! :) Hope you had a fantastic weekend!

Yeah, our dogs are great. A bit head strong, but well worth it. Three things you should know about huskies:
1. They love to dig HUGE holes and usually in a nice green section of the lawn.
2. They are amazing escape artists. A 6 foot fence is nothing to a husky!
3. They shed like mad (think grocery bags full of hair from a single brushing)!
If you can handle those 3 things, you'll do well with a husky!

Back on the topic of migraines, do you keep a journal to help determine what triggers your migraines? Any foods? Stressful situations? Mine were usually the result of a stressful situation, sometimes hormonal. I would always get a migraine after final exams or at the completion of a big project. So much for celebrating the last day of finals!

Hey Sassy!
Great interview with Sarah. Thanks for sharing your story with WEGO Health. I experienced migraines from age 10 until I had my son (migraine sufferer for ~25 years). The first trimester of my pregnancy was full of migraine after migraine. It was terrible, especially since I couldn't take anything for the pain. After the birth of my son, I've been migraine free (pushing 3 years now!). Maybe the same thing will happen to you.
Good luck!

For someone who has chronic migraines and is in so much pain, you sure sound like you have a fantastic sense of humor. I just read your spotlight interview and you have such a wonderful spirit about you. Thank you for sharing so much of your self and your migraine experiences with us. It's been a pleasure getting to know you through your interview and your blog.

Just wanted to let you know that your interview has gone up on my blog now. Let me know if you want any edits done, and we'll get things taken care of.

Once again I am thrilled to have had a chance to get to know you (and add you to my feed reader). Your recent tale of culinary woe made me laugh - I have done something similar with "hot" enchilada sauce instead of "mild." Oops!
