Ugh, migraines - they can be incredibly tough. I have suffered from them my entire life and wouldn't say that they are the most fun. However, I am better able to manage them, which has been of huge value.
Ironically, part of my remedy is trips to Stow, VT for weekends of rejuvenation - we [me and my husband] love Vermont, especially Stow, and try to get up there as often as possible!
I would encourage you to visit our Migraine community. They are an amazing group that has much to offer - and Ellen's a great resource there.
