Women’s health encompasses numerous topics. This is the place to discuss everything from breast health and preconception/conception to birth control and menopause.
Welcome to WEGO Health and to our Pregnancy community!
Currently, I am four months pregnant and feeling more human by the day. The first trimester was rough (to say the least). It felt like I was walking around with sea sickness 24 hours a day/7 days a week, ugh. The benefit is that I found lots of great ways to curb nausea, tackle prenatal vitamins and even sneak in some exercise. Most of which I have shared here in the Pregnancy community.
As the Community Leader for the Pregnancy community, I am also always looking for new topics to research and information to provide to the group. If you'd like to see a specific topic covered please send me a note.
In the meantime, I'd encourage you to contribution to one of our many conversations:
In addition to the discussions, I send out a weekly pregnancy digest that covers all the latest and greatest from the Pregnancy community. it's a great way to catch up and stay connected.
Also, thank you so much for contributing the high-risk resource discussion the information is incredibly valuable!
Please don't hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions about anything here at WEGO Health or again, would like me to cover a specific pregnancy-related topic.
