I had two MRIs that showed no nerve involvement. I do get tingles and weakness when the spasms get really bad, but I'm told this can happen because of the muscle tension.Thanks though and I am still open to any diagnosis that stops the pain!

Yes, if you think you could have more success and look for a movement disorder specialist when you go to find neurologists. I didn't know there was a difference and I wasted a lot of time down that path!

Ellen thanks for your response. I found a group in Des Moines that meets for Dystonia. I talked to one of the leaders, Val, and she gave me the name of a good doctor that is only 10 miles from me. Desperate new mom
I have had a continual muscle spasm in several muscles in my neck for three years.
