- I have been diabetic about 7 years now and on insulin for 4 years. My insurance won't pay for education and since I also have arthritis, fibromyalgia and depression and anxiety disorders that all effect my sugars, I am at a total loss. If I eat one good meal a day, even a small one, I am just not hungry to eat anything else, except for munching on empty callories, and not so many of those lately. that is me on the left . My best friend and I have just joined a Biggest Loser contest at the YMCA.
