More about me (my health interests and reasons for joining WEGO Health)
I enjoy helping migraine sufferers find relief of migraines through blogging and recipes. While there is no cure, there are ways to heal dilated blood vessels. I base my recipes on the diet created by Dr. David Buchholz of Johns Hopkins, author of "Heal Your Headache: The 1-2-3 Program for Taking Charge of Your Pain."

We have so many awesome Groups here. Check them out . Joining a group lets you ask questions, offer insight, and engage with other members with similar interests. It's great. I bet the Migraine community here would really benefit from all of your ideas!
One of my favorite things to do is write blog posts about health news that I read. There are so many really interesting blog posts here written by Health Activists. Everyday I learn something new. Feel free to comment on others' posts or write your own! I, for one, would really like to hear all of your recipes are read some blogs about migraines and healing.
