Retired educator. Female. Allergic to grasses and live in the country (Yikes!). Also allergic to cedar. I love trees! I fit the profile of a redhead in that my skin is fair, eyes blue-green and auburn (natural) tendencies in hair color. I have thin skin. Thus. I prefer cooler temperatures vs heat; function better outside when temps are in 60 -70's range. Guess I need to move but can't afford it. :) I am on antidepressant and anri-anxiety medicaton. By this point in my life I am oveweight and have developed high-blood pressure. Also on medication for that. Plus HRT therapy as I am "in" menopause.

I live in Oregon and am allergic to most molds and grasses as well. I earned my first undergraduate in the city that claimed it was the "grass seed capital of the world" and thought, on multiple occasions, that I was going to die from allergies! They are no fun!

What are your health passions or stuff you're looking for WEGO support with? I'd love to be more helpful!
