More about me (my health interests and reasons for joining WEGO Health)
I'm an editor here at WEGO Health. Technically, I'm employee number two, official historian. These days I work part time while taking classes to get into nursing school. Currently, chemistry lab and anatomy and physiology.

Last summer, I got my CNA, so I could get a job in a hospital and get some patient experience. But I already have a job. And school. And the kids. And a collossal love interest. And an overgrown jade plant that demands daily encouragement and weekly dusting.

So I'm all about that. And churning lists of accelerated BSN programs to apply to. Expanding and contracting my geographic radius to the rhythms of my own hope and exhaustion. Boring those I love to tears. Does she ever stop talking about nursing school?

Did you know C1 is called the atlas? How cool is that? Or why the sacrum is called the horse's tail? I'd love to tell you all about it.

Caregivers, too, appeared to… Continue

You'd expect our journey to demand plenty of hours locked up in stuffy conference rooms scribbling workflow diagrams, prioritizing lists, butting heads, heading out for more Diet Coke and starting again - all of it, sure.

But the breakthrough moments never actually involve the smart guy yelling "Eureka!"

True eureka moments come (at lea… Continue
