I found this very interesting video on MyMigraineConnection.com

I am glad that some can find releif in natural products. I have taken Migrelief, Feverfew, large doses of vitamin B-2 and magnesium, as well as many others (I will have to pull out my list and put in a post). Although, I never found complete relief, I did have some herbal remedies provide a decrease in ether severity or duration of my migraines.

I would much rather find a natural cure than take the handful of man-made prescription medicines that I take up to 4 times a day. Currently the mexilitine that I am taking seems to be decreasing the severity of my headaches a lot. But at a cost. I am finding that I am losing some of the fine motor skills my right side.

I'm one that found it important to look at the basics - simple vitamins and minerals that I don't properly absorb. (Occham's Razor) Once we got testing done and realized what was happening, the changes I made to help fix the issues really made a difference in how I felt, and in how I still feel. I have issues with B2, B6, B7, B12, Magnesium, D3. One of the important things I learned is that taking high levels of B2 can cause sun sensitivity to your eyes that can result in damage. Migraineurs take several times the amount seen to cause these problems, so B2 users - get out those sunglasses! :)
