There are so many wonderful food allergy/intolerance bloggers out there. It's hard to pick my top 5 but here they are:

Allergizer: Ruth always has the most recent and up to date food allergy news on her blog. Everything I've read has been so informative and helpful.

Please Don't Pass The Nuts: Allergic Girl not only has food allergy/intolerance information, but she frequently eats out (safely!) and shares her restaurant reviews and experiences. The thing I love about this blog is that it's upbeat and shows you how to LIVE with food allergies.

Gluten Free Girl: Shauna is an author (of the blog and a book) who has Celiac Disease. Her recipes are delicious and her writing is beautiful. This blog turns food and cooking into poetry (and makes me hungry). Shauna's blog is another blog that shows you how to LIVE life even if you have food allergies or intolerances.

Karina's Kitchen: Recipes from a Gluten Free Goddess : Karina's recipes are fantastic and are not just gluten free. Unfortunately for Karina she was diagnosed with multiple food allergies/intolerances last year and her new recipes reflect that. The recipes are delicious, the pictures are beautiful and the writing is interesting, funny, and sometimes irreverent (in a good way!).

Allergy Moms: Gina at Allergy Moms is the mother of a child with multiple food allergies. She started Allergy Moms when her child was first diagnosed to raise awareness and support for food allergies. The information on her blog is geared toward parents with children with food allergies. She has the latest news and updates along with recipes, tips, and food allergy "know how".

A lot of my friends read Gluten Free Girl even though they don't have to live life gluten free! I think that really stands to show that she's a fabulous writer!

Sarah,
Shauna's blog is about so much more than just "gluten free". The writing is wonderful and she really pulls you in. Her books is wonderful too. I read it in 2 days and was sad when I was done :)
