WEGO Health

Why is it that my favorite season, has to be so plagued by migraines from the rain coming and going?

I'm doing better since I've started on the B2 (400 mg, once a day) and magnesium (360 mg, once a day) that my neurologist told me to take each day, but these storms feel like killers. I love, love, love rain and especially thunder storms, but as the years go on, it feels like they really don't like me. I'm hoping that when we get done with working on our house and the stress lessens, that it will help and I can enjoy the storms once more.

Keep your head up kids, but don't leave your mouths open or you might drown in the rain.

Moving is so stressful. I envy you the new home (I would love to move into something different) but not all that goes with it.

Does stress cause a problem with your migraine attacks? I never used to think that my stress caused migraine issues because I thought that I would get them when stressed if that was the case. I handle stress very well-- I just don't stress LOL! When I do actually get stressed it's not a pretty sight. My neuros finally said something that made perfect sense to me tho...

Many people don't get a migraine during stress, but afterward.

That's me. If I stress, that cortisol gets pumping and I think pretty clear for a while. Once the stress is gone, WHAM! I hit rock bottom.

As to storms...

Yuk.
