Its been a long time

Its been a very long time since my last post. I was looking forward to a year of healthy living but am not enjoying it. I am dealing with a lot of back pain issues - have had two cortisone injections, tried PT, anti-inflammatories, etc. Now I am on pain meds and anti-inflammatories and trying to get the pain issues under control so they can try more options - lumbar fractal block, etc.

I have been able to work more and go to the doctor less. But still am struggling in many ways. Life isn't always easy but I'm still here and that's important..
