I have found the Nucca chiropractic helps my migraines.
If my neck is in place, I dont' get migraines and the minute it's out, I get flashes, then a migraine.
You can read some research on this type of chiropractic in an article here.

Really interesting article. I wasn't familiar with Nucca specifically, although I've been interested in upper cervical issues for a long time. I know I have long-term issues with both Atlas and Axis. Although neither seem to be the cause of my issues, I do know that they can trigger the cascade that results in Migraine for me at times. I found the double blind, placebo controlled study using Nucca and looking at the benefits to blood pressure really neat. It's not going to be the answer for everyone, but it's something different that is certainly worth sharing. Keeping in mind that Migraineurs do best when keeping their whole systems functioning well, this is great info. Thanks!!!
