The diaphragms role in lymph flow connects all metabolic disease

The role of the diaphragm in solving my polycythemia issues is critical to asthma patients also. The result of my journey is documented in my web site POACCESS.com. The diaphragm that plunges into the digestive tract to clear fluids into the lymph system makes it possible for atmospheric oxygen to force fluids with all the waste products away from the lungs and heart.

White blood cells turn respiratory particles into nutrients if they flow smoothly into the lymph system. Histamine with essential fatty acid derivatives improve the flow to the lymph system with smaller amounts of histamine. Medications that direct this fluid flow into the blood stream because they cannot remain in the area must be more concentrated each year, because these particles do not belong in the blood stream. Change in respiration (deep breathing and slower exhale) does not become clinical therapy for asthma until the condition moves to COPD, sleep apnea, etc.

This change in respiration has resulted in eliminating my draining of a pint of blood every three weeks over a 2 and 1/2 year period and this year I have exceeded 43 weeks without a blood draw. My solution for polycythemia worked because the same oxygen release issues and clean fluids are involved with both asthma and polycythemia

Ellen s: My physician, head of hematology at oregon health science university encouraged me to pursue my plan. He has been pleased and surprised that not only have I stopped phlebotomy every 3 weeks for 2 1/2 years and have no exceeded 43 weeks seeing if I can go a full year; but my cholesterol, blood pressure, resting pulse rate, glucose, white blood cell differential, and other metabolic measures have moved into normal ranges.

My summary of research done with some detail is included on my website POACCESS.com. I have reduced the 400 pages I have written onto this 14 page web site.

My doctor saw no conflict with clinical practice and as you noted and my site reaffirms the changes are life style, movement, clothing, eating changes that modify cell methylation (cell memory) given improvements in fluid flow, temperature, albumin, carbon dioxide, and water for oxygen release and use by 100 percent of the cells in the body so that a limited number of cells do not perform all the work.

Hello Jim,

I'm so glad you found an answer to your issues. I agree that too often we look to medication to solve our health issues, when often a simple change in habits could mean so much to us. Congratulations on finding something so basic and non-invasive that can help you!!!

However, I would ask you about your blanket statement re: the connection of all metabolic disease being the diaphragm. Can you elaborate a bit for us, including any published research we can search?

I ask because, my metabolic problems (and those of many, many others I know) began when I was a competitive athlete. Deep breathing was something I was not only quite good at, but practiced during work-outs twice daily 6-7 days per week. Also, there are many types of metabolic diseases and disorders, and I wonder if perhaps there are a few specific conditions that show benefit from this type of breathing, where others such as inter-cellular based mitochondrial disorders, are by and large genetic. Any comments would be appreciated.

WEGO Health seeks to provide readers and Health Activists with the most accurate, up to date health information they can take to their online communities. We're by and large not doctors however. As a result, to do this appropriately, we have to have hard facts - the kind of facts that physicians will take notice of. This usually means published journal articles or other physician or researcher authored information. I think your information may be helpful to those interested in living a healthy life, and I'm really interested to see where your research has led you.

Also, have you met with reluctance when discussion this with your doctors re: your condition? I'm very curious what the response has been.

Again, congrats for looking for and finding such an easy way to reclaim your health!!
