Thanks for the warm welcome Amanda! Looking forward to making new friends passionate about good health and nutrition. Currently, I'm focused on "Diet Cycling" which as I'm sure you know, involves modifying you diet in cycles (about every 3wks) by keeping the protein/carb ratios the same but with different foods.

I don't normally mix soup & sandwiches, either. I like them seperately. Although, soup in a bread bowl is one of my favorite forms of soup & bread! I need a soup cookbook now. *runs to Amazon*
A friend recently sent me her recipe for pumpkin soup and I'm super stoked to try it.
