I really enjoyed reading your interview! I was touched by your comment about caregivers needing to accept their humanness.
A few years ago, I watched my mother and her family care for my grandmother when she fell ill (also after brain surgery) and it seemed that accepting their humanness, and my grandmother's, was one of the hardest things to do at that time.
Thank you for all your hard work, it's truly inspiring!

But I've cared for elders with different dementias and then started writing for an Alz. site as well as other elder care sites (I also write an elder care column). So, caregiving in general is what I write about. The issues often overlap. That's really nice that it works here.

That's one way WEGO Health is a bit different - we like to find ways to help each other that transcend one disease. So glad you're here.
