WEGO Health

This started with a nagging pain in my right shoulder blade around noon on Sunday. Then my right arm started pulling down & twisting inward followed by contractions in my hands and fingers causing akward hand guestures. Around 4pm the shaking started and didn't stop until around 9 b/c I had came home and took meds to put me to sleep.

Becky ... I can stop my tremors like this that You are having with the sensory trick spot. Next time You have one, if You can take Your other hand and just keep gently moving the tips of Your fingers everywhere and gently pushing as You go ... trust me if and when You find one, You will immediately know it ... You'll be like whooo it stoped. As soon as You let go it will start right back up. I sit and watch tv and just feel around when I tremor, paying more attention to what I'm watch rather then doing. The one on my arm is near the bend of the elbow like in the area where your blood pressure is taken except it's about two fingers over toward the elbow like on the side of that large muscle. It took me years to find mine so don't give up. I should do a video of my technique I use to find mine cuz it's hard to explain.
