EGG, SOY, and WHEAT ALLERGY ALERT

April 14, 2008

Inter-American Products, Inc., is recalling "Private Selection Light
Churned Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream" due to undeclared egg, soy, and
wheat.

The product was distributed to Kroger stores in Alabama, Arkansas,
Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska,
South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.

The product is in 1.75-qt. containers with a "sell by" date of December 3,
2008, and codes DEC0308 8070 and DEC0308 8080.

Consumers who have purchased the product may return it to the place of
purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions may call (800) 697-
2448.

CF Sauer Foods Inc. has recalled its Gold Medal spaghetti sauce mix from stores in Mississippi, Kentucky and Alabama.

The sauce mix contains a milk ingredient that could cause an allergic reaction.

Tyson Foods, Inc., is recalling "Standard Quality Uncooked Fritters, Old
Fashioned Chicken Breast Tenderloins," "Sysco Uncooked Fritters, Chicken
Breast Tenderloins," "Heritage Valley Uncooked Steakhouse Chicken Breast
Tenderloin Fritters," "Spare Time Uncooked Fritters, Chicken Breast
Tenderloins," and "Tyson Uncooked Chicken Breast Tenderloin Fritters," due
to undeclared soy.

The products were shipped to Tyson food service distributors nationwide.

The following products are subject to recall:

10-lb. cases of "Standard Quality Uncooked Fritters, Old Fashioned Chicken
Breast Tenderloins" with case code 2523-954 and packaging date 7/23/08.

10-lb. cases of "Sysco Uncooked, Fritters, Chicken Breast Tenderloins"
with a case code 2523-895 and packaging dates 7/24/08 or 7/29/08.

10-lb. cases of "Heritage Valley Uncooked Steakhouse Chicken Breast
Tenderloin Fritters" with case code 2523-398 and packaging dates 7/23/08,
7/24/08, or 8/01/08.

20-lb. cases of "Spare Time Uncooked Fritters, Chicken Breast Tenderloins"
with case code 2523-861 and packaging date 7/23/08.

10-lb. cases of "Tyson Uncooked Chicken Breast Tenderloin Fritters" with
case code 2989-928 and packaging date 7/25/08.

Arnold Foods Company, Inc., is recalling “Brownberry Whole Grains Bread
100% Whole Wheat” due to undeclared almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts.

The product was sold through retail stores and bakery thrift outlets in
Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

The product is in 1-lb., 8-oz. bags with green twist ties and a code date
of “Oct 11.”

Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a full

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE --Saddle Brook, NJ -- November 20, 2008 --- PANOS brands, of Saddle Brook, NJ is recalling Vegan Rella Cheddar Block, (a cheese substitute) with a Sell by date of 12/09/2008. This product is being recalled because it may possibly contain an undeclared milk protein. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk protein run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. No other lot or variety of Vegan is involved.

The product was sold directly to the consumers from their retail stores located nationwide.

The recalled product is packed in 8oz packages with UPC Code 0 37983 00015 4 and a sell by date of 12/09/2008.

There was one reported incident of an allergic reaction associated with the consumption of the product. The product is manufactured by Swan Gardens/Tree of Life, Austell, GA. This recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration.

Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., is recalling "Wegmans Italian Classics
Seasoned Tomato Sauce" due to undeclared milk.

The recalled product was distributed in Wegmans stores in Maryland, New
Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The product would have been
available between Saturday, November 15 and Thursday, November 20, 2008.

The 24-oz. product comes in a clear pouch with a "use by date" of 11/26/08
and UPC 77890 79010.

Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a full
