About me
I graduated with a degree in Health Promotion & Wellness/Exercise Science, but never applied it very much as I was frustrated with the industry. I felt as though the entire world of health/fitness was an infomercial. I have applied my knowledge and shared my ongoing learnings with many. I enjoy working with people that want to learn and understand the proper techniques and information directly related to weight loss & exercise. On the creative side I have constructed a small studio in my basement where I create glass beads using lampworking skills. I was mesmerized by the glass blowers of Murano Italy and wanted to create with glass. I enjoy creating beads that I use within my handcrafted jewelry...

Is the weekend killing your diet?

Most of us look forward to the weekend and the count-down to Friday afternoon. Many also look forward to that "treat" because they've been "good" all week.
