About me
I'm a semi-retired IT geek from the land DownUnder. My husband and I proved that online dating can work with high doses of patience. While adjusting to my new life in the United States, I took some time to learn and experience living a healthier lifestyle through proper diet and exercise. After 8 months, this journey proved to be a success when my husband's health improved; he was previously diagnosed with heart problems which meant prescription medication for life. I'm now an advocate of healthy lifestyle. I'm very excited to be part of WEGO Health which allows me to learn and connect with other health topics and great people!
My motivations for joining WEGO Health
To raise awareness about a particular condition, To connect with leaders in my condition-specific community, To connect with leaders in the health community, To gain access to WEGO Health's professional seminars

Hi, Isabelle! Nice to learn more about you. I look forward to being a part of this group. Congrats on your pregnancy! I truly hope that you don't need my book! It's only for those of us high-risk moms who end up being sentenced to bedrest. I'll send you good vibes that this will not happen to you! :) But you should read my friend's book -- Eating Expectantly by Bridget Swinney.
