I found out in May 2007 that I was gluten-intolerant, and since then, have eliminated it completely from my diet. I love to cook, and love to experiment with new foods and recipes, so this has been a fun challenge for me.

Hi Karen! Welcome to WEGO Health! I'm so glad that you joined us on this forum. I can't wait to hear more from you. I have family members with gluten allergy and I've already sent them a link to your blog because you have yummy recipes (my husband and I love chicken pot pie - I'm going to try this one!). I've also been enjoying reading your commentaries about the Red Sox - how entertaining! Last weekend, my husband bought me my first Red Sox earrings; I now have my complete Red Sox attire. Now, we will have to wait for our little one to be born so that we can buy his/her first Red Sox outfit we should buy. It's all very exciting!
